Manila based businessman and Vanderbuilt Properties’ CEO Ricky Sy gave a first peek of their new development during the virtual press launch held last October 15.
The Preston by Vanderbuilt is an ultra modern residential development that sits on a 2.3 hectare property and boasts of exclusive amenities such as a clubhouse with swimming pool, multi purpose function rooms, a full-sized covered basketball court, landscape parks and a playground.
