How to Earn 1 Million In Less Than A Year With NO SELLING. Pure Hardwork

I previously worked as a BPO employee making around more or less P500K annually. Not bad, right? However, circumstances changed and lost my job. Broke and desperate, I was in an all-time low (probably had my quarter-life crisis then) and reflected if this was how my life should end. In the same year, I also earned my first million and counting.

Ever since in my high school years, I never really did know what I want to be like or what my career will be, I just want to be successful. I graduated with a degree in Agribusiness Management. I was a scholar and a consistent honor student in college but it wasn’t the course I wanted. I never really knew what course I was going to take because I never knew what career I wanted. I just wanted to be successful.

And even when I started working, I still wasn’t sure about my career path. I diligently did my work and constantly applied for higher positions, but I never got the part. I worked for 5 years in the BPO world and every time I applied for a supervisory position, the feedback was always that I didn’t have the qualities yet for the role. Good thing I never got promoted. Otherwise, I would have been stuck working as a rank-and-file employee!

So with no job for over 2 months, I decided to apply for online jobs. I applied for virtual assistant jobs (even if I don’t know what VA jobs are) in elance (now Upwork). Luckily, I landed my first client with a pay of 36K monthly for a full-time job. Unlike office-based jobs, online jobs are output-based. Your client won’t care what you are doing the entire shift as long as you submit the deliverables on time. The responsibilities are pretty basic so I can do the task for an 8-hour shift for only 2 hours.

Out of boredom on what will I do for the rest of my shift, I started applying for a 2nd job and got another client for 40K monthly for a full-time job. I was doing great at 76K per month for the 2 full-time jobs even if it meant working for 16 hours a day. And then an idea came, what if I get another computer so I can work the 2 jobs simultaneously? That would mean reducing my working hours from 16hrs a day to only 8hrs a day. Not bad, right? So I got another 2nd hand laptop since I just need the work to be done.

I got used to working up to 16hrs daily so I got a 3rd and 4th part-time jobs at 15K each for a 20-hour weekly shift. With the 4 jobs, I was earning 96K monthly. So if you multiply 96K for 12 months, that’s Php1,152,000.00 annually. There was even a time that I worked with 6 clients at the same time. More clients, more pay.

Aside from more money, getting more clients is a must if you want to work online. The downside about online jobs is that it doesn’t have a security of tenure which means you can lose clients at any time for any reason like them not satisfied with your work, end of contract or close shop. So if you have multiple clients, your finances won’t be severely affected if a client discontinues your service. The key is constant money stream.

Same like a regular business, the more hard work you render, the more money you’ll get. But with online work, your investment is only a computer and a good internet connection. I only buy 2nd hand laptops and not brand new or the ones with the latest specs. As long as it gets the work done, that’s enough for me. I purchased mine at around 12K.

So that’s it. That’s how I earned my first million (and still am). Even with the Covid19 pandemic, online jobs are not affected and is in fact growing due to the surge in work from home setups globally. No hard-selling and no huge investments needed. You just need to work hard, work smart and think you can do this. That’s my secret to easily earn a million pesos.
