And to celebrate good food and good fortune for the Year of the Rooster, a bountiful dinner buffet was specially prepared by Chinese Master Chef Jimmy Low for everyone!
As a finale and to usher good luck and ward evil spirits (as per Chinese culture & tradition), a grand fireworks display by Pyroworks International Inc. capped the night.
