“Why last course?” was the first thing that came into my mind the moment we sat down with the owner for a chat. She explained about how she looked for unique names which would represent how she would want her restaurant to be known for – desserts. “Last course because, dessert is basically the last course of every meal; I looked for possible similar restaurant names on the internet but I never found any, so that’s it. Last Course.” She also fondly recalls how she realized she has been making crepes eversince she began working.

We discussed about their food and desserts, and we asked her what she would usually recommend her customers to try, then we discovered they serve the first and only crepe cakes in the city. A cake made of crepes. Wow.

The owner made sure to not make the cakes too sweet so one can finish every slice. They have various flavors – Matcha, Mango, Chocolate, Ube, and Rainbow.
