CWC Interiors launches Architectural Forum in Cebu, Davao

Architect Jojo Tolentino on Global Competitiveness

CWC International Corporation CEO Frederick Yuson has launched the first-ever CWC interiors Architectural Forum along with leading architectural and design firms from the Philippines and Asia Pacific.

The forum, held in both Cebu and Davao, is the first step to Mr. Yuson’s vision — to create a platform where industry leaders can inspire the next generation through their stories and valuable lessons gained through years of experience.

In his decades in the furniture industry, Yuson noticed the need for recognition in the design and architectural field, which pushed him and his CWC Interiors team to create this forum, paying it forward to future industry leaders by sharing valuable information like ongoing trends, design movements, and specializations straight from the experts themselves.

Mr. Yuson said, “The Filipino can, and the Filipino will.”, highlighting local architecture and design talent—as he believes that with enough support, the future of the Philippines still has what it takes to be world-class.

Forum Speaker Architect Jojo Tolentino spoke about how global competitiveness will allow Filipino designers to just not survive, but to thrive, while Architect Cathy Saldana talked about how sustainability is now a standard, not a benchmark or something special.

The CWC Interiors Architectural Forum will be held in Cebu on March 14, 2023 and Davao on March 16, 2023—the first of many future events hosted by CWC Interiors.
