Niche: Life x Style Blogger

How long and What inspired you to start blogging? My first blog was launched on 2008 via blogger (blogspot) called itsmikiaelkim. It’s a personal blog then it extends to food and my college life. But it was cut short due to school demands and after 8 years I decided to pursue blogging. This time it’s a (life x style blog) because it showcases my daily life as a Cebuano millennial, my style essentials, travels, brand collaboration, events and happenings of anything that is new in Cebu and Manila.

What’s best about blogging? The best about blogging is you tend to inform readers about whats new, the happenings around Cebu, the best food places and events which I share it to them. I also got a chance to interact with my followers and readers to answer any styling queries or consultations. It’s also an avenue to meet with other influencers and get to bond with them. I think that’s the best part about blogging.

What’s your ootd essentials? Classic blue jeans, white sneaks, fresh shirt, bomber jacket, classic watch, sunnies and my man purse.

Any advise how to pull a trendy summer look for guys? For summer, a walking shorts is a must have and best paired with a button
down shirt or polo. Just play with pastel colors and don’t be afraid to match it with prints and nude patterns.

What’s your general fashion tip for guys? Invest in classic essential pieces coz they never run out of style.

What’s best about cebu? The best about the queen City of the South is its loving, hospitable, jolly and friendly people. We Cebuanos are very resilient and fun to be with.
