Eat Thai. Love Thai. Soi Restaurant!

The Beach, the temples, and Horror Movies – these are what comes into my mind when I hear the word ‘Thailand’. Food? Doesn’t really ring a bell as I’ve yet to try Thai food (I just love Filipino food, that’s why! haha) until now!

Soi Restaurant, dubbed as the home of the Authentic Pad Thai and Sukothai, invited CBS Bloggers for a treat to taste their authentic Thai dishes.

Authentic Thai dishes are considered as international cuisines because of their distinct aroma and exotic flavors.  The most common spice Soi, and probably for most Thai food, uses on its dishes is the lemon grass. They even serve lemon grass iced tea!

Here’s what we were served with:

Thai food is really not the same with Filipino food in terms of taste and texture. It might be overwhelming at the start because of the strong aroma and flavor but you’ll learn to love it considering the healthy benefits of including spice to your diet.

This food experience courtesy of Soi Restaurant made me appreciate Thai cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back, that’s for sure.

So if you’re in a mood for Thai cuisines or just want to try something new in the South, you have to try Soi Restaurant. They’re located at the Lower Ground Floor City Wing of SM Seaside. Thanks Soi Restaurant!
